De Bortoli’s Pinot Noir 2020, from Lower and Upper Yarra, features a bright ruby hue and fragrant red and dark fruit aromas. Hand-picked, ambient yeast fermentation, and 9 months in barriques. The palate has soft berry fruit, fine tannin, and a balanced finish with light spice. Vegan friendly.
